# Limited Use compliance statement

Lens' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data obtained through the Lens Google Cloud / GKE integration is used only to provide user-facing features of Lens Desktop that you choose to use. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine learning models. It is not shared with third-party AI providers except where you explicitly invoke an AI feature in Lens and choose to include selected context in that request.
